Unity: B.E.-I.S.M.™
Intuitive Development and Mindfulness Method
Exercise
As a way of giving you some sense of how the B.E.-.I.S.M.™ Intuitive Development and Mindfulness Method can catalyze your self-awareness and perceptive abilities; I've created two exercises for you that are going to give you some information about yourself. One will draw on the way you are typically processing information and the other will invite you into an experience of opening to the wisdom of your own body, and its electromagnetic connection to the earth and universe.
#1 Reflectively Rating Your Satisfaction of the Five Frequency Levels or Areas of Your Life. Satisfaction Self Rating Scale
#2. Utilizing Your Body As a Pendulum to Discover How Well Your Beliefs Are Aligned with “All that is” at the Five Frequency Levels or Areas of Your Life.
Intuitive Belief Alignment Rating
These exercises can inform or give you information about yourself at two levels. The first level is the apparent information you will get from the Satisfaction Rating and the Belief Alignment Assessment and the second level will come from observing what it is like to gather information about yourself in two different ways.

Even though I‘m allowing you to check in with yourself on the B.E.I.S.M.™ Five Frequencies from a place of logic or the intellect, and the wisdom of your body’s connection to the universe; my request is not necessarily that you compare the results of these inquiries against each other, although that will be interesting to see; I’m inviting you to to closely observe what you experience while you are completing the Satisfaction Self Rating Scale and the Intuitive Belief Alignment Rating
As you are doing each rating scale please do the exercise and try to make note of what it “feels like”. Pay attention to what you are experiencing in as many of the various B.E.-I.S.M. ™ frequencies or areas in as many different ways as you can.

Answering these questions will help.
Is this easy for you to do? Do you trust what you have written?
Would you feel comfortable sharing this information with someone else?
Do you feel nervous? Are you excited? How’s your concentration?
Are there any thoughts going through your head about doing these exercises?
Satisfaction Self-Rating & (Instructions)
Please complete this primarily thought-based or
I. = Intellect Reflective Satisfaction Rating
Please rate you level of satisfaction with the various areas / frequency levels of your life. Using the scale provided on the diagram.

What did you notice while you were completing the Satisfaction Self-Rating Scale rating scale? Once your first thoughts pop into your mind, refer to the questions above.

Belief Alignment Rating & Instructions
In order to complete this section I am going to ask you to have some faith in an unseen force that seems to be acknowledged by most metaphysicians and many geophysicists. There is a field around your body called a toroidal or torus field. This is an electromagnetic field. You may have heard the Chinese refer to the energy of the body as chi. Research now informs us that a lot of the electromagnetic activity is happening in the cells of the body, and has to do with delivering nutrients and removing waste. For this learning experience I invite you to just “go with” the idea that your body has wisdom and is connected to the universe in mystical and scientific ways.
To use your body as a pendulum, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, relax your muscles, and allow your body to naturally sway back and forth from a central point, essentially acting like a pendulum by letting gravity guide your movement; you can focus on a specific question or intention while swaying, interpreting the direction of your body's swing as a response, similar to how a traditional pendulum might be used for divination.

Generally, when you say something that is TRUE your body is going to move FORWARD just a little and when you say something that’s FALSE your body is going to sway backward just a little. For best results it’s a good idea to be hydrated when you do this… and face directly north, as a compass would point. If you feel like it's just “not working” put your left hand over your head and make some circles going counterclockwise.

Key points to remember:
-
Relaxation is key: Let your body move naturally without actively trying to control the swing.
-
Find your center: Focus on a neutral position to start your swaying motion.
-
Observe the direction: Pay attention to which direction your body naturally swings to when asking a question.
-
Intention is important: Formulate your questions or intentions before starting to sway.

Potential applications:
-
Decision making: Asking "yes" or "no" questions and interpreting the swing direction as an answer.
-
Intuition development: Tuning into your subconscious by allowing your body to respond to prompts.
-
Energy balancing: Some people believe the pendulum motion can help align energy centers within the body.

Important considerations:
-
Privacy:
-
This practice may look unusual to others, so consider doing it in a private space.
-
Mindset is key:
-
Approach this practice with an open mind and be receptive to your body's subtle movements.
-
Not a definitive answer:
-
Using your body as a pendulum should not be considered a definitive solution to complex problems, but rather a tool for introspection.

A good way to start to get the “hang of doing this is to say something that you know is absolutely TRUE like My name is…. whatever your name is, and see what your body does
Then say something that is absolutely false like that you LOVE a food that you can’t stand.
Try this with a few definite yes and no answers to get the hang of it. Once you sense you think you have it, get started by saying the following.
My beliefs are aligned at 50% or higher associated with my :
“ “ Physical Body
“ “ Cash Flow and Financial Situation
“ “ Living Environment
“ “ Intellectual Life
“ “ Spirit/Soul
“ “ MasterMind/Higher Power
What did you notice while you were completing the Intuitive Belief Alignment Rating? Once your first thoughts pop into your mind, refer to the questions at the top of the page to see if you can notice a little more.

Now let’s talk a little bit about these exercises and why you may have experienced what you did.
About:
Exercise 1. If you were born, raised, and educated or work in the North & Western Americas. You have been trained and encouraged to rely heavily on data or information that probably comes from someplace outside of yourself when encountering an obstacle or challenge. Those obstacles and challenges could be anything from solving everyday problems of living in a complex world to figuring out and addressing a health situation you might be experiencing. That information could be derived from research on the internet, consulting an expert, to asking friends or family, Best case scenario you can reflect deeply and incorporate a few of the B.E.I.S.M.™ frequencies when analyzing your responses or even subtle fleeting thoughts about potential possibilities or solutions for your situation.
This being said… analyzing some kind of data set, even if it is from your memory or self-reflection, is probably going to come more naturally “at first” than asking your body or the universe to let you know what is going on, and what you might do to restore balance to the situation, exercise number
Exercise 2. Chances are you have rarely been encouraged to “check in” with your own body, and ask it for some information that will help you make a decision or to discover information.
